At MDLA WELLNESS, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing that we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our offerings. Therefore, we offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to provide you with peace of mind.

Duration: Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility: This guarantee covers store credit, product replacements, or partial refunds at our discretion. Please note that satisfaction guarantee-based refunds are limited to 2 items only. The sample packages are not included in this guarantee.

Refund Options: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

  1. Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit, which can be applied towards future purchases from our website.
  2. Product Replacements: We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we are happy to provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds, taking into account the specific issue or concern raised.

Refund Processing Times: The processing times for refunds can vary and typically take 5-7 business days, depending on the policies of your banking institution. Please keep in mind that credits may not immediately reflect in your account. If you have any concerns or believe there may have been an error, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company to verify the correct processing of the refund. Replacement Orders: We offer one replacement order per customer. Please note that initiating a replacement order will void any return associated with the original purchase.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept returned merchandise unless accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by our representative.
