When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval. The exact timing may depend on your bank or card provider.
The refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout. MDLA Wellness does not cover return shipping costs unless the team confirms otherwise.
How long will it take to receive my orders?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time is 1-3 working days in Romania and up to one week internationally.
Is shipping and handling included?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Any available free shipping offer will also appear there.
For the most accurate total, enter your delivery address and review the order summary before confirming payment.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, at MDLA Wellness, we ship internationally. We currently support customers in Romania, Europe, the United States and other available regions through our online store.
International delivery times may vary by country and customs process. Tracking details will be sent by email after shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major online payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Shop Pay.
What is your refund processing time?
After approval, refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days to process. Your bank may need extra time to post the credit.
If more than 10 days have passed after approval, contact your bank first. Then reach out to our support team if you still need help.
How do I update my shipping or billing information?
If you wish to change your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it in time.
In most cases, the billing information will match the payment information you provided during checkout. Kindly verify the same before confirming payment.
Do you offer wholesale or private label options?

What is the difference between Focus Brew and Mushroom Coffee?
Focus Brew, which has 80 mg of caffeine per capsule along with citicoline and B vitamins, is ideal for those who want a full cup of coffee along with extra attention and a boost in mental clarity.
Organic Mushroom Coffee has a softer profile. It contains coffee with Lion’s Mane and Chaga and has only 43 mg of caffeine per capsule (roughly half a regular cup of coffee)

Most MDLA products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. So, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can claim a refund within 1 month from the date of purchase.

Which MDLA products contain caffeine and which ones are caffeine-free?
Smart Drink and Smart Fusion caps contain no caffeine, only vitamins, Zinc, Magnesium and plant extracts.
All the other drink caps contain caffeine, but in different dosages.

How many cups of MDLA “Boosted Coffee “ can I drink each day?
Because of its high caffeine content, we recommend no more than 2 to 3 cups of MDLA Boosted Coffee daily.
Always check the caffeine amount in the capsule and compare it with the recommended daily caffeine consumption.
What does BOOSTED COFFEE taste like? Can I taste the vitamins?
Boosted Coffee gives you that familiar coffee taste that is similar to regular quality brews.
Some ingredients, like functional mushrooms, may have a little effect, but mostly they just smooth it out.
Can I drink MDLA while pregnant or nursing?
Reduce your caffeine intake during pregnancy or nursing. Also, we recommend to consult with your doctor before taking MDLA products.
What is the Shelf Life?
2 years for unopened coffee bags and 2 weeks for the opened ones.
Store the product in a cool, dry place and follow the printed best-by date.

Caffeine depends on the product. Focus Brew and Hair, Skin & Nails Brew Caps contain about 80 mg per serving, while Collagen Brew has about 67 mg and Metabolism Booster has about 22 mg.
Smart Drink products contain zero caffeine, making them a better option for people who want a functional drink without a coffee-style boost.
What are MDLA wellness Coffee capsules or MDLA “ Boosted BREW”?
MDLA Boosted Brew capsules are functional coffee capsules infused with selected vitamins and active ingredients. They are designed for people who want more than a regular cup of coffee while keeping preparation simple.
The capsules are Nespresso Original compatible, are manufactured in Belgium and made within the EU using certified facilities and carefully selected ingredients.
What are MDLA wellness capsules or MDLA “ SMART DRINK”?
MDLA Smart Drink capsules are functional drink capsules made for people who want an easier way to enjoy nutrients without traditional pills.
They are flavored drinks, contain zero caffeine and are Nespresso compatible.

Can I take MDLA products with my medications?

Are your products safe for people with caffeine sensitivity?
If you are caffeine-sensitive, take our products with caution. Consider using lower-caffeine products, like Metabolism Booster Brew Caps (22 mg), Collagen Brew Caps (67 mg) or Organic Mushroom Coffee (43 mg).
If caffeine makes you feel anxious, shaky or unable to sleep, consider choosing a zero-caffeine Smart Drink instead.

What is “USDA Certified Organic” coffee?
