Where & How Our Products Are Made

MDLA Wellness products are manufactured at a GMP-certified facility in Belgium. This gives our team a controlled production process and helps each capsule meet strict European manufacturing standards.

EU production norms include clear handling procedures, stable production conditions, and rigorous ingredient control, so you know the wellness drink you are having is both effective and safe. This is especially important for capsule drinks, where each serving has to perform properly in the machine and deliver the intended experience in the cup.

Our Boosted Brew and Smart Drink capsules are compatible with Nespresso Original machines, making them easy to prepare both at home and at work.

Our Ingredients: Where They Come From

Some of our blends focus on coffee and vitamins, while others include functional ingredients such as collagen, citicoline, Lion’s Mane, Chaga, or plant-based extracts. All ingredients are sourced only from trusted, certified suppliers, ensuring their quality.

When sourcing coffee for our boosted drinks, we prioritize only the highest-quality Ethiopian Arabica beans to deliver both the familiar taste and the improved performance.

The Science Behind the Capsule

Thanks to the uniform capsule format, you can easily control the amount of coffee, vitamins, and functional ingredients in each serving.

Moreover, the format helps preserve the vitamins during brewing – the outer layer protects them even during contact with water at 90°C+, which is the temperature at which coffee is prepared in Nespresso Original machines. 

The short contact time also helps protect the drink's bioavailability – the heat doesn’t have enough time to kill the active ingredients. 

Testing & Certifications And Quality Control

We believe that quality control should be visible and transparent. At MDLA Wellness, we care deeply about the safety and effectiveness of our products, which is why all of them meet rigorous quality standards

Current quality standards and certifications include:

  • USDA Organic certification for Mushroom Coffee

  • Eurofins testing for Mushroom Coffee

  • GMP-certified facility in Belgium

  • Non-GMO 

  • Gluten-free 

  • Vegan 

Eurofins has successfully tested our Organic Mushroom Coffee for heavy metals, mycotoxins, and microbiology. This third-party certification was carried out in a lab accredited by ISO in the EU. This is a sign that the product is safe to consume.

Testing for our other products is in progress, and the corresponding certificates will be added once we have passed all quality tests.
